Our Story

How we built the New York team

Merlino Marketing was founded in New York City in 2013, working out of a two-person studio on the Upper East Side. Our first clients were Manhattan restaurants struggling to rank in Google's local pack — and the early wins there built the foundation for everything we do today.

A decade later, our NYC team runs integrated programs for brands across hospitality, fintech, fashion, real estate, healthcare, and DTC. We've shipped work out of Midtown co-working spaces, a walk-up in the West Village, and now a permanent studio on Lexington Avenue between 69th and 70th.

Every New York engagement is led by senior strategists who've lived and worked in the city for years.
